Regular & Prime Booths

Most booths on the map (rows A–F, I–N) are standard Merchandise / Crafts / Services / Other booths. A small number of premium-location booths are priced as Prime.

Booth TypePrice
Regular Booth$400.00
Prime Booth$600.00

Pick a Booth Category when applying: Merchandise, Arts & Crafts, Services, Non-Profit / Cause, or Other. Food is not available on regular booths — food service is only available on the designated R1–R20 food booths (see the Non-Profit Premium Food tab if you are a non-profit approved for the food-booth exception).

Electricity is optional on regular booths: $60.00 per outlet (120 Volt 0–1000W service), selected during application and added to your checkout total.

What Every Application Needs

Regardless of booth type, the application form (and the popups it opens) covers a few things every vendor must complete before a reservation is confirmed:

āœ…Required contact fields — Business Name, Contact Name, Email, Phone, and Booth Category are mandatory on every application; the form will not submit without them.
āœ…Electricity choice — every applicant must explicitly choose Yes or No for electricity. If Yes, you'll choose the number of outlets and the cost is added to your total automatically.
āœ…Food License acknowledgment (R1–R20 only) — a mandatory checkbox confirming you'll obtain a Temporary Food License from the City of Columbus Health Department, due 5 days before the event. Uploading the completed form at application time is optional, but the acknowledgment itself is required.
āœ…Vendor Terms & Conditions — a mandatory checkbox agreeing to the full Vendor Terms & Conditions, viewable in a popup directly from the application form before you submit.

šŸ’³ Please Read Before You Pay — About Zeffy

FIA (Federation of India Association Ohio) uses Zeffy as its non-profit payment gateway. Zeffy operates without charging FIA any platform fees.

When you reach the Zeffy payment screen for your booth, you may see an optional step where you can choose to leave a contribution to Zeffy. This is entirely your individual choice:

Any Zeffy contribution/donation you choose to make is separate from your booth payment and is non-refundable by FIA. Please read this carefully before completing your payment — FIA is not responsible for, and cannot refund, any contribution made directly to Zeffy.

āš ļø Booth Holds & Vendor Conduct Policy

Reserving a booth places it on hold for 6 hours while you complete payment on Zeffy. This hold exists to give you time to pay — not to reserve a spot indefinitely or to keep a booth out of other vendors' reach.

Reserving booths you do not intend to pay for, in order to block them from other vendors, is not allowed. Vendors found doing this — or engaging in any other intentional violation meant to disadvantage FIA or other vendors — will have their booth(s) released and will be removed from the FIA booth purchase process.

All vendors must abide by the Vendor Terms & Conditions they agree to during application. Intentional violations intended to harm FIA or other vendors are not tolerated. Vendors removed for this reason will not receive a refund for any amount already paid. Any misuse of the system results in immediate disqualification, with no refunds.

This is separate from the standard cancellation refund schedule below (which applies to good-faith cancellations) — it applies specifically to rule violations and intentional misconduct.
