NOTE: IMPORTANT VENDOR SETUP INFORMATION

Any misuse of the system, vendor will be disqualified immediately, with NO REFUNDS
Vendor setup must be completed the previous day of the event.
Setup Time: August 21st Friday from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
No merchandise movement will be permitted after the festival opens.
Loading/unloading side doors will be closed once the event begins.
Vendors must bring their own dollies, carts, hand trucks, and moving equipment.
Each Vendor booth will get 2 tables and 2 chairs, extra table available for purchase.
All Food Booth Vendors, make sure to apply the Food license with the Columbus City food safety department 2 weeks before the event.
- Refund Rules
  - $30.00 less Refund – If cancellation requested up to July 15th.
  - 75% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 16th - July 25th.
  - 50% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 26th - Aug 10th.
  - No Refund - If cancellation requested after August 10th.
