FIA India Festival 2026 Vendor Booths

Please Note FIA Vendors: Federation of India Association Ohio (FIA) Uses Zeffy as their non-profit payment gateway, Zeffy operates without fees. When you are making the vendor booth payment - You may choose to support them with an optional contribution — or select "Other" and enter $0 if you prefer not to contribute. (Zeffy donation/contribution is non-refundable)

Select an available booth below and follow the booking process, review vendor terms, and submit your reservation request.

NOTE: IMPORTANT VENDOR SETUP INFORMATION

  • Any misuse of the system, vendor will be disqualified immediately, with NO REFUNDS 
  • Vendor setup must be completed the previous day of the event.
  • Setup Time: August 21st Friday from 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
  • No merchandise movement will be permitted after the festival opens.
  • Loading/unloading side doors will be closed once the event begins.
  • Vendors must bring their own dollies, carts, hand trucks, and moving equipment.
  • Each Vendor booth will get 2 tables and 2 chairs, extra table available for purchase.
  • All Food Booth Vendors, make sure to apply the Food license with the Columbus City food safety department 2 weeks before the event.
    • Refund Rules
      • $30.00 less Refund – If cancellation requested up to July 15th.
      • 75% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 16th - July 25th.
      • 50% Refund – If cancellation requested between July 26th - Aug 10th.
      • No Refund - If cancellation requested after August 10th.
